Happy Fall!

Happy Fall, Everyone! I've added a bunch of new pictures from the past couple of months. Ava is now 7 weeks old - time literally flies with kids! We are all adjusted and settling into a routine now. Both kiddos are doing really well, and Christopher is being a great big brother :) He does get a little jealous, but overall, he is doing really well with her. Don't get me wrong, he definitely has his moments....like when he BRUSHES against Ava with his hand and cries and pretends that she hurt him....or the occasional, really sly push or kick....haha! And then there are the really cute moments when he gives her kisses, or not-so-gentle tickles, or looks for her under the couch pillows when she is upstairs napping :)





Ava is super sweet and doing really well. She weighs 10lbs now and has grown 2 1/2 inches since she was born! She is doing really well sleeping, and we think she MIGHT be close to sleeping through the night, or maybe that is just our wishful thinking. She usually only gets up once, though, so we really can't complain! The little red spot on Ava's head is called a hemangioma - just a collection of blood vessels - completely harmless and will go away on its own by the time she is 4 or 5ish. They usually grow bigger during their first year, so that's why it's becoming more noticeable as she is getting older.
